These five mods are updated to V2 for the 1.17.7 patch.
This mod removes the Bro trait as a personality trait, so it will not show up in CaS and can’t be chosen by the game when new townie sims are made or younger sims are aged up.
The Bro trait is not destroyed or removed from pre-existing sims in a save game, any sim who is already a Bro will need to have the trait removed manually if this is desired.
The mod works by redefining this trait as a Gameplay trait instead of a Personality trait; but in this case there is no method for acquiring this gameplay trait, it isn’t available as a reward or anywhere else.
Unzip the file and place the .package file in the Mods folder or subfolder.

Another mod is added which removes the Evil trait; the two files below are used:
