Continuing on in my series of Sims 2 University houses, I present the other house on Crumplebottom Drive, a quite nice house with a full study and bath in the “attic”. (The roof mechanic in TS4 prevented me from getting a walls-up view, unfortunately.) With two beds, two and a half baths, a very nice front deck, and the traditional-for-me blue flowers and oversized hawthorne tree, this is quite a lovely house, and probably my favorite of all the Sim State University lots. I added a llama topiary in front as an homage to the Sim State mascot, and because the usual hedge lining just didn’t quite look right here. In fact, I reached a point where it felt it needed something, but anything I added felt too cluttered.
Unfurnished, it’s §17,478, and furnished, it’s §27,083. With no officially occupied lots, I had to wing it on the furnishings, but I think it’s quite quaint.
