This house has is a most wonderful place for 1-2 sims. The views are lovely. The natural garden has it’s own pond where you can swim and go fishing. The large pine trees gives wonderful shades in the summer and protect you from the winterstorms. Indoors there are only natural materials and plenty of that Scandinavian cosiness. It’s little too expensive to be a starter home, but maybe your mother can lode you the money? 
For those of you who know me well you know I mostly make themed/older houses. But the fact is that I love modern Scandinavian architecture. So when EA invited to a #TinyLivingContest, I wanted to build something in that style (some examples of similar architecture can be found here ) combined with the truly Scandinavian consept of Hygge . Unfortunately I couldn’t finish it within the deadline, due to RL obligations. 
Never mind. I can still upload it here! I had fun building it, and it was fun to try something outside my usual path… Hope you will enjoy it too!
