With the official Maxis reveal, I set Agnes Crumplebottom and Roberto Crinkletop as married (distant relationship dynamic). If you meet her in Henford-on-Bagley she will go through her expected reveal when you ask her if she is in a relationship. If you meet him in Chestnut Ridge and ask him about his relationships status he will say he is married to her. They don’t show up in each others relationship panels (keeping in line with her thinking he is dead) but their marriage is active. This was the best I could do without breaking their job roles. They both function as expected.
For the Malpractice Household, added clothing to Chuck Cenzo and Bjorn Tu’Rock based on the gallery uploads by SimGuruZephyr.
August 01: A few updates:
As requested by Glad, added promotional/render sims by SimGuruLyndsay and SimGuruZephyr.
Added the Maxis Malpractice Household (but with clothes on). Fixed those associated relationships, including those with the SimGuru sims.
Removed Cottage Babish as he is based on a real life person.
Fixed relationship in the Giordano Family – Maxis did not correctly program them as married.
Created a spreadsheet so anyone can see which sims are included in this file, and what world they are assigned to if you have the Home Regions Mod by Kuttoe (optional).
Added a config file for those who use the Regional Tweaks Mod by Chipped Sims (optional)
For those with the Home Regions Mod:
Assigned every single townie to a World aiming for balance depending on world/region size and the general qualities of the pack the sim came from (for example, added all Dream Home Decorator Sims to Del Sol Valley and all Dine Out Sims to Tartosa).
Removed Del Sol Valley from sharing the same region as San Myshyno and San Sequoia – the celebrity related events were driving me crazy and don’t match the Northern California Region.
Created a spreadsheet so anyone can see which sims are included in this file, and what world they are assigned to if you have the Home Regions Mod.
July 8: Thanks to kittytessapuppy for pointing out that in order for the Home Regions settings to work, there was a file missing. That file has now been included and installation instructions are in the zip file.
July 4: As requested by kuncen, this save file has been integrated with the Home Regions mod from Kuttoe (curseforge and itch.io). If you have that mod installed, all Maxis gallery and pre-installed sims who pertain to a particular location will be townies of that location (and should only show up in associated worlds). You can see a list of what worlds are associated with each other, and what sims live where towards the bottom of this post. If you don’t have or want that mod, this save file will still work without these features.
June 9: Fixed hot/cold weather outfits for former base game versions of the Goths and Calientes. For Goths, added a third outfit for each category based on the Dream Home Decorator download. Added hot/cold weather outfits to Pancakes, and made slight changes to Landgraabs, based on High School “Years’ Class of 00”.
Description:
Ever started a new save and wondered why the lore of the game tells us that Johnny Zest is related to the Landgraabs or that Don Lothario has a romance going on with all three Caliente women but in reality none of this is true?
Have you been perplexed as expansions are released, and the lore expanded, but in-game it is anything but?
This Save File corrects all that! Building off the amazing mod by Szemoka (which starts all new saves with many of the fixed relationships) and takes it further by correcting the relationships of Base Game Sims and includes all official Maxis created gallery Sims (that are not based on real people).
To install: move the unzipped .save file into your saves folder. Make sure the number doesn’t override an existing save. You can renumber as needed. For the optional Home Regions and Regional Tweaks files, follow the instructions in the zip file.
Recommended: If you use any mods that disable townie generation and allow for NPC job assignments – then your game will maintain a maxis-match look and all those townies can populate your world! This save file is Integrated with the Home Regions mod from Kuttoe (curseforge and itch.io). If you have that mod installed and use the supplied settings file, all Maxis gallery and pre-installed sims who pertain to a particular location will be townies of that location (and should only show up in associated worlds). You can see a list of what worlds are associated with each other, and what sims live where towards the bottom of this post. If you don’t have or want that mod, this save file will still work without these features. Additionally, for work related and NPC invite events, I recommend the Regional Tweaks Mod by Chipped Sim (hosted on independent website). Included is a config file for that mod. Lastly, I recommend the Townie Demographics Mod by Kuttoe, which makes it so that newly generated townies look and feel like people from their respective worlds.
No lots have been altered, the goal is to have a save file that is just like the original but with all the fixed lore / relationships that pertain to the Sims 4. Lore from previous games is largely ignored unless Maxis has officially uploaded those sims to the gallery. Which means, no extended families (or trees) unless Maxis supplied them – such as the Pleasant parents (Mary Sue and Daniel) for the twins in Discover University (Angela and Lilith).
Works best with all packs installed, but you can just delete the townies of the ones you don’t have and this *should work. Please offer feedback if anything is not working as expected.
Pancakes – Iggy is part of the family, fixed relationships, Bob has body hair because that made sense. Bob and Eliza have likes/dislikes and know Mortimer and Bella Goth, and Nancy and Geoffrey Landgraab since they went to High School together.
Langgraabs – related to Johnny Zest, fixed relationships. Geoffrey and Nancy have likes/dislikes and know Bella and Mortimer Goth. Hot/Cold outfits are similar to their High School Year’s gallery download.
Caliente – (the new version) Don is romantic with all three women. Both original and new outfits are provided.
Goths – Mortimer has body hair. All family members have new and original outfits. Bella and Mortimer have likes/dislikes based on High School Years.
Base Game + Cottage Living
Goths – Mortimer is the nephew of Agnes Crumplebottom.
Base Game + Dream Home Decorator
Goths – Third outfit for each category is based on DHD gallery download by Maxis. Most outfits are base game only, except the everyday and perhaps one other exception for each sim.
Cottage Living + Horse Ranch
Crumplebottom – Agnes is married to Roberto Crinkletop. They both function as expected in their roles.
Discover University
The Pleasant twins have their parents as homeless townies.
Get Famous
Dustin Broke is the grandchild of the Newbies.

The following worlds have been grouped as geographic neighbors, and therefore their residents can show up as visitors in each-other’s worlds:

Otherwise Sims should only appear in the world where they reside. All sims have been assigned to a world that is related to their pack. If a world was not included with the pack, then a choice was made from the Sim/Family bio or to closely match the theme of the pack and offer some balance throughout the worlds. For example, added all Dream Home Decorator Sims to Del Sol Valley and all Dine Out Sims to Tartosa). The config file is included with installation instructions.
For those with the Regional Tweaks mod from ChippedSim
The worlds have been grouped to match what is included in the Home Regions mod above, and added to the Willow Creek Region (New Orleans) are the Hospital and Police Station. Added to the Oasis Springs region (Southwest US) is the Laboratory. The config file is included with installation instructions.

This save has Neighborhood Stories turned off by default. If you decide to turn it back on, I highly suggest you disable it for all the homeless families that are pertinent to the storylines of the following packs so that you keep the sims in their assigned roles:
