Hello Simmers! I bring to you the lastest home on the market in Flamingo Heights. This is The Arizona, a four bedroom and one bathroom home ready for your Sims to move in! Inspired by the Mid-Century homes in the state of Arizona, this lovely lot fits in well with the Mid-Century style of the 1950s and 1960s. Built in 1963, this home features two large bedrooms and two small bedrooms – each can be edited to your liking. An octagon style pool is located just outside of the convervatory built into the side of the home. A nice edition for gardening Sims! A hot tub is also located in the patio area, and the lot features many cactus cardens for a picturesque desert lifestyle. The kitchen has an eat-in dining section, and the large living room has a lovely modern fireplace. You’ll feel right at home living in style with this home!
