Hello all! This is a very ostentatious vampire lair which can double as regular funeral home in a pinch.

Decorated in a somber yet lavish style upstairs and extravagant, gothic style dripping with luxury underground.

Aboveground the build includes: a funeral home showroom (which can house up to 4 vampires in the coffins), the head mortician’s office, a backroom with flower arranging bench and woodworking bench (for coffin making!), one bathroom, a magnificent patio with fountains and a water garden, and a functional garden planted with a large variety of flowers should your sims want to pursue gardening or flower arranging. Upstairs is a flamboyant if tiny apartment suite with a sitting area, bath and single luxury coffin. Underground is the opulent recreational area: pool, gym and sauna, a lounge with a bar, fireplace and tv, and bathrooms.

The build is made with vampires in mind and not very suitable for regular sims since there is no proper kitchen or dining room (there is a kitchenette with a fridge in the back room, but no oven).

For best results, I recommend clicking a light to set all lights to be neutral or cool white and one or two ticks dimmer than maximum brightness.

The size is 40×40; lot traits are Peace and Quiet, Registered Vampire Lair and Vampire Nexus.

The lot is fully furnished, decorated and play tested and contains no CC.

Lots of this size only exist in Brindleton Bay right now (there are two of them). This build can also fit on 40×50 lots which can be found in Newcrest (1), Del Sol Valley (3), and Strangerville (1) or bigger lots which can be found in most neighbourhoods.

bb.moveobjects was used during building so after placing the lot take a look if anything if missing and if so, try turning the bb.moveobjects cheat either on or off and try placing the lot again.
