So where can you find this garb in game? In CAS: Child(any gender)->Tops->Sweatshirt and look for the bright icon! I’ve attached a picture of it in the CAS editor.
This is my first upload, There were supposed to be two along with this but I realized I had used images that weren’t free to use. Hopefully will be adding some more Maxis retextures/recolours soon.
