City Living Pants As Tights

From the moment I saw these pants, I wanted to use them under skirts and dresses, especially as cold-weather outfits, but because they were considered pants, it would replace full-body outfits, and couldn’t be paired with other bottoms. This is a clone of the skinny jeans that came with City Living, but set as leggings. They’re compatible with all types of bottoms and full-body outfits.

They’re available for any frame and retain the same tags as the originals. I’ve also reorganized the swatches in a way that makes more sense to me. This will NOT replace the existing set of skinny jeans, it is an ADDITIONAL catalogue item. You must have City Living for them to show up.
