I can’t wait for an University-AddOn to be released. I always loved sending my sims to study in The Sims 2 and 3. I really miss this option, besides the Weatherchanges.
So I wanted to build something that comes close to University-Conetent so I built this dormitory. Since there isn’t an option ingame to change the lot to “dorm”, it’s a Residental Lot.
You have to have six Sims for filling in the rooms.
The dorm has six different bedrooms, a boys and girls bathroom, a large kitchen with dining area, a living area on the second floor, fitness room and a “garage” for creativity.
