Equipment Manager (level1):
Pay: $8/hr
Hours: 3pm-9pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Become a spellcaster and know 3 different spells
Description: The equipment manager: the unsung hero of every sport. Sure you barely make any money, and barely get any hours, but someone has to repairo those broken wands and scruberoo the dirty jock straps. The Duelists are much too busy training and being rich to do such menial tasks themselves. Dont give up though; Watching the pros train might pay off some day.
Moving Target (level 2):
Pay: $15/hr
Hours: 10am-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach level 2 Fitness and know 5 spells
Description: Well you aren’t just an equipment manager anymore. The coach saw you practicing a few moves you picked up from the duelists and thought you had potential; potential as a target that is. Your job now is to run around while the duelists fire spells at you. You might want to get in better shape and work on blocking magical attacks if you don’t want to get hurt. Now you’re getting better hours but the pay still doesn’t seem to be worth being pelted with magic all day.
Benchwarmer (level 3):
Pay: $30/hr
Hours 10am-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach the Acolyte spellcaster rank and win 3 duels against other sims.
Description: Well you did it. You finally made the dueling team. You’re only a benchwarmer and never actually get to duel in the matches but it’s a start. If you never miss practice and work hard on improving your magical abilities you might eventually get to do some real dueling. It wouldn’t hurt to find some sims to duel to test your new skills too.
Rookie (level 4)
Pay: $50/hr
Hours: 10am-8pm Tueday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach level 4 Fitness and level 2 Logic
Description: All that practice really paid off! You’re a rookie now! You actually get to duel in matches on a semi-regular basis. If you want to really prove yourself you’ll need to be fit enough to keep up. Also working on your mental abilities could help to in making split second strategic decisions. Keep up the hard work and you’ll have a starting position in no time!
Duelist Branch:
Starter (level 5)
Pay: $120/hr
Hours: 1pm-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach level 6 Fitness and Adept spellcaster rank
Description: After a lot of hard work you’ve proven yourself to be a skilled duelist. Your coach has made you a starter. You make more money and duel in every single match. Don’t get a big head, though, you’re still in a pretty amatur-ish team. If you want to duel with the best you still have a lot of work to do.
Minor League Duelist (level 6)
Pay: $200/hr
Hours: 1pm-8pm Tueday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach 4 Logic and 8 Fitness
Description: You made it to the minor leagues! It’s a whole new level of duelists you’re competing against now. It’s going to be dificult to keep up at first but you know that you can do anything you put your mind to. You won’t let anyone stand between you and greatness. Make sure you study strategy as well as working out to get ahead!
Major League Duelist (level 7)
Pay: $300/hr
Hours: 2pm-8pm Tueday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach level 10 Fitness and the Virtuoso spellcaster rank
Desription: The major league. Only the best duelists in the Magic Realm make it to this level. You’re one of the best. Don’t get lazy now though; you’ll have to keep working hard to compete in this league. If you mess up you’ll lose your chance at greatness.
All Star Duelist (level 8)
Pay: $450/hr
Hours 2pm-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: All that’s left to do at this point is go to work
Description: It’s been a long journey. You poured your blood, sweat, and tears into your dueling career. You have achieved something few other duelists have; All Star status. You are a legend of mythical proportions. You are one of the quickest, smartest, and most powerful spellcasters in the entire magic realm. Children want to grow up to be like you, adults wish they were you, and your enemies shake in fear at the mere sight of you. You are one of the most sought after duelists in the entire Magic Realm Dueling Association. Enjoy it while you’re still young and at your peak.
Coaching Branch:
Talent Scout (level 5)
Pay: $100/hr
Hours: 8am-4pm Monday through Friday
Objective: Reach level 3 Charisma and level 4 Logic
Description: Time to prove you have what it takes to be a coach. Starting out you are just being sent out to check out young talent. Find duelists that make a great addition to the team and you’ll be promoted to an actual coach in no time. You’re dealing with sims now so make sure you work on your charisma. Nobody is going to listen to you if you have the charisma of a llama.
Assistant Coach (level 6)
Pay: $175/hr
Hours: 12pm-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach level 6 Charisma and level 6 Logic
Description: You’ve helped build a great team. Now it’s time to hep lead them to victory. Keep working on your charisma and logic skills, you’ll need them if you want to become a great coach.
Head Coach (level 7)
Pay: $300
Hours: 12pm-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: Reach level 10 Charisma and level 10 Logic
Description: Can you believe this is happening? You’ve been hired to be the head coach of a major league dueling team! You’ve shown you have what it takes to be one of the best coaches the Magic Realm has to offer. Now is when the true challenge starts. If you want to have a championship team you’re going to need to have the best strategies and be able to really inspire your team.
Team Owner (level 8)
Pay: $500/hr
Hours: 9am-4pm Thurday, Friday, Saturday
Objective: You own the team now, there’s nothing left for you to do but go to work and collect a paycheck!
Description: Your hard work paid off. Your leadership made your team one of the best in the history of professional magic dueling! You are a legend among coaches. Recently the owner of your team died and, having no children to leave it to, she gave you ownership of the team in her will! Now you will really experience a life of luxury. You’re making the big simoleons, but you also have to make the big decisions involving your team.
