Joyce Price/Joyce Madsen is Chloe’s mother and long-time resident of Arcadia Bay. She is the widow of William Price and is currently married to David Madsen. We know that after her marriage she took her new husband’s surname.
Joyce works at the local eatery, the ‘Two Whales Diner’. She is an excellent cook and a protective, loving mother towards Chloe. She still lives in the same house from Chloe’s childhood.
