I present the Fringe Scientist career. I made this career because I felt there needed to be more scientifically driven careers that involved the use of robotics, programming, gardening, and frog collecting/breeding, which has always been kind of obscure. This career takes those skills and makes them less obscure. There were a few things that I would’ve liked to incorporate to make it a little more realistic, but I was limited somewhat by promotional tasks that were available to me at the time.
The career is realistic in the sense that it will take multiple days and perhaps weeks to advance (such is the life of a scientist). There will be a lot of studying involved in your future, but the wages will be worth it. Especially in the bioweaponization career branch…need that malpractice insurance, if ya know what I’m saying.
