The Apartments At Shady Plumbobs

Hello again! Here I have for you four one-bedroom apartments attached on two levels on a residential 40×30 lot! Obviously TS4 does not (yet?) have actual apartment functionality, but you can still make it work! This is actually heavily inspired by the apartment complex I just recently moved into.
