Oasis Springs sky clouds by default
Description
I was tired of cotton-like clouds of Willow Creek, so i make this quick mod.
It replaces the WC’s and maybe Newcrest clouds to Oasis Springs clouds, that are better in my opinion.

This will conflict with any mod that change the a5e53286e6897e26 instance in FullBuild6.
