Over the summer I started rebuilding every lot in Glimmerbrook. This is an almost-starter home for a single sim. It has one bedroom plus an office with an archeology workbench, gardening space, and a compact but cute open living and kitchen space. Could also work for a really cozy couple who don’t like to spend much time apart!
The landscaping is designed to be placed on the Glimmerbrook Watch lot and I recommend turning on bb.moveobjects. The only CC is the end table in the living room.
