This is the shell version of the tiny starter home I built. 2BD-1BA w/ a gazebo and some yard space just under 9,000 simoleons. If you wanna switch it up, the upper level could be repurposed for a skill room, attic, etc. Do as you please lol. Hope you like this build, and let me know your thoughts!
